OWNERS: We are a family of animal lovers who offer a very personalised stay for your pets. We are big enough to be professional in all we do and small enough to still care about each pet entrusted to our care. We live on site and provide constant supervision for your pet.

In brief, you should know the following about us...

- The kennels & cattery were established over 20 years ago and have been responsible for providing outstanding pet care for dogs and cats ever since.

- All our animal pens have solid wall dividers between the runs for added safety and comfort for your pet.

- Kennel buildings have monitored smoke alarms installed

- We specialize in quality service & this is front of mind every time.

- Customers particularly value the size of our kennels and cat condos & keep coming back.

- We offer a complete grooming service

- Our business is located just a few kilometres from Carramar on Neaves Road.

GENERAL HEALTH & VET CARE: Although not regular we sometimes need the attention of a veterinarian for our guests.  We use a Vet who is on call 24/7 who provides prompt and professional service. We will however follow your instructions & are quite happy to contact your own vet if that is your preference.  We will ask for your instructions on check-in.  If your pet has any pre-existing conditions eg. recent injuries, lumps, limps, skin conditions, eye and ear problems etc we should be made aware of these at check-in. This information will enable us to care for your pet appropriately. We will not check-in a sick animal - for the safety of all our guests. 

QUARANTINE AREA: We have a detached quarantine building that is used to isolate pets from the general population if needed. Although it gets very little use it is great comfort to know it is there.

BEDDING: Trampoline style beds are supplied for all pets. Used bedding is disposed of after each stay and new bedding applied for the next guest. We no longer accept external bedding as it is a way for fleas to be introduced into the kennel so in the interests we hope you can understand this. Rest assured your pet will be comfortable on our beds.

FOOD: We only use reputable branded food through the kennels & cattery to ensure the quality given to your pet. If you wish to supply their own you are more than welcome.

We also have a range of special treats (eg bones, chews, prawns etc) that are available for scheduling into their stay at minimal costs.
